My irreplaceable Orchid Lady

by Orchid Man   Apr 23, 2008

How do you hide a silent tear when for its own private reason.......
that tear travels down your cheek from an emotion deep within your heart?
Oh, Orchid Lady your unselfish love for me is shown by your gentleness of touch
As you tenderly hold me to you, I tremble from your unparalled tenderness.

No matter how life treats you; nothing alters the way you love and care for me
You share with me moments of love that no author's words could ever justly describe
When you found me you changed my insignificant existence, instead giving me new life
For this reason alone you are worth far more than any treasure known to mankind.

Well may history state Cleopatra was a Queen of the Nile, but your royalty of person outshines hers
Were you a flower in a meadow bedecked by myriads of your kind you would be the most splendid
Each day I spend with you brings me new discoveries of your inward beauty and unselfish ways
Though I seldom whisper my love into your ears, you mean more to me than words could express.

In accepting me as your true love you placed me above others' openly displaying their opulence
On that day I learned the true meaning of humbleness as your love brought me the very peace I sought
For the care you unselfishly give me I owe you a debt of love and sacrifice of my own making
With you as my soul mate I cannot leave this Earth without your spirit being with me by my side.

You are as true and loyal to me as a morning mist is to a silent flowing river racing to meet the sea
Always showing kindness and love for me during my moments of uncertainty or frustration
This is why I tried to hide my tear from you as my heart dictated the debt I owe you for loving me
I am truly blessed and pledge my undying love to you, not just for today, but for all the days to come.
