This is all A Dream

by Victor   Apr 23, 2008

Through rough waters and high tides, I'm to tired.
To high to continue climbing your walls. It all seems that
though the day may fill with people and crowds might
dry by like rainy clouds, no ones left to catch me when I fall.
Burns from solar displays of exotic flames show beyond my skin,
Churn inside your eyes and mingle with your lies. Thats where
I want to be. I know it shows how your beauty pretends,
but let me mingle and remember this is all a dream.

There I am in grassy fields, surrounded by secrets from the wind. Let
me go. I can no longer sleep as I continue to count dead sheep.
What's left from skin and bones I don't know and sometimes it's whats
left of me. Sleepless and dreaming in my bed of red wool I laugh and
smile. Oh, how the air tonight feels so right and the smell to which
I'm embraced with reminds me of you. Lets take this flight together
my love. While in the skies of endless night lights that protect you,
Ill make the promise to never leave and as I take my final fall from
space I'll remember this is all a dream.

These four walls may lead me to no where and my armor that I wear
only slows me down in this journey that you left me in. Obvious to
the curious I hide my trails and erase the smells so that I can no
longer look back. I walk along side with the man dressed in black
evil with no sound that he makes with no soul. He is my guide that
watches over me, for no one is left to guide me there. Where I'm going
I might ask is the question that is embedded in his heart. He knows
where this black and white trail ends and the answer is left alone
inside your eyes my love. So bring down your walls and when I fall
let me be so that I can remember when I land that this is all a dream.
