You are not a jerk! Now stop beating yourself up over this, sweetheart!
You can only love one person at a time and your heart will tell you who that person is. Just be honest and tell the persons involved how you feel and you will come out a winner and NOT a jerk!

I know exactly how you feel. it's the worst situation to be in. no matter what ou do someones heart is broken...but you can't hate yourself for it. love is love, and you can't just change how you feel about people. sometimes someone you love doesn't love you back, it's how life goes. but broken hearts mend and people pick themselves back up and move on.

i can tell you're a really good hearted person, and you really care about others feelings, but you cannot beat yourself up over this.

aside from the advice, this was a very touching poem. i enjoyed reading it and could relate very well to it. well done.

Ya you got point of view here and its right,sometimes you hurt ppl and you dont want that but they cant see that your heart is not yours, and you love someone else and you want to be with him but they look what they need,you write it in good way well done 5/5

A really well written poem. A masterpiece in every sense. But to ask another not to love you is but a cruel game to play, or am I wrong. No heart can say for whom they will love, it's a feeling that can't be altered or changed. None the less such sincerity and honesty is a rare find and you have depicted your feelings really well in this one! 5/5

I take it from everyone else's posts that your name is Adel. I don't know you, but I know someone who wrote something similar to this, so I'll tell you the same thing I told him: You can't make a heeart love somebody. And whomever this girl is, you can't make her not love you. The best you can do is hope somehow that everything turns out the way it should be. Also, I seriously doubt that you're a jerk. Half the guys out there who think they're jerks really aren't, and half the guys who really are jerks think they're not. This poem was beautiful. I gave it a 5/5, and that is my honest opinion.

Hey I really like your poems. They have alot of meaning and there really great. I don't however think that you should consider yourself a jerk. I wish that guys were more honest. Its better to know someones not inlove with you than to keep wishing and dreaming for someone you can't have. I'm sure the girl you wrote this for will feel the same although she might be a little dissapointed. And good luck with the one you do love. I wish you the best.
