Silent Cries For Help

I have never felt so alone
Like no one cares
Like no one even sees me
Where has everybody gone?

I put on this happy front
And no one ever questions it
Even the people I thought were closest to me
Dont seem to give a damn

I want to try and tell people how I feel
But no one seems to want to listen
It's like everyone prefers to pretend
And not face the harsh realities

I just need one person
Who actually wants to hear me
Who will actually care about me
Then I think I would be ok
