Hello Dear diary,
I come to you today
to tell you my world is spiraling down
and everything keeps drifting away.

it's me again
my life has been getting worse
and i wonder how long it has been.

when was the last time I cried?
or even smiled for that matter?
for the past few weeks i've tried.
Hello Dear Diary,
today it got my heart
I never knew it was so fragile
now it's in pieces torn apart.
Hello Dear Diary,
I think I know what I must do
in order for someone to say hello
must they always say good-bye too?
Good-bye Dear Diary,
you've been my only friend
but everyone should understand
that the only way is the end.
The end of all my pain
hidden from everyone
I guess it's sort of unfair
they don't even know what they've done.
But I know this is for the best
I know what's best for me
at least, I think I do
because no one else does, it seems.

to conclude my last entry
I said hello, so I'm saying good-bye
and please to all who read this
do not cry for me,
Because now...
I can truly know what it's like
to once again smile, cry, and be happy.
