Choices

by RavishingEruption   Apr 24, 2008

When a guy says they love me
I can't tell the lie
Then my heart is broken down
And I want to die

But you promise truthfulness
Some of them did too
With so many cheating guys
What's a girl to do?

I could trust you and regret it
Get my heart broken again
But there's the chance you'll keep your promise
My hurt won't be in vain

But what if?
I'm worried by my past
I think back on tears I've shed
And how the love didn't last

Please don't make me
Regret what I must do
My choice is simple
Choosing life or loving you....

^^ i really liked this stanza. which is funny, because the flow gets a little off here. but it's an extremely relatable stanza and i looooves it!!!
