The road I walk

This road I walk upon
Is a road I've traveled so many times
Physically and emotionally.
This road has so many tears and
Fallen and battered feelings.
Wanting to pull out a knife
and littering this road with my crimson red blood
staining this road till it's washed away
by rain and tears.
Once my blood is washed away so will I have been
as well as forgotten
This road I walk has so much
Pain and battered lives.
So if you pass me I am invisible
I go unnoticed
I stand on this road lost and confused.
