Now I lay me down to sleep,
I pray to Lord my soul to keep.
Let us awake to a new day
Where things aren't this way.

Where me and Brian belong,
Where I can be strong,
Where I can go and be free,
Where I can just be me!

Now Lord, I'm not trying to complain
Or ask for sunshine instead of rain
Sometimes its hard you know?
Being suppressed while trying to grow.

I know everything is key,
Putting life where it's meant to be
And unlocking a new door,
So that I may have more.

I want Brian and I to make it through,
But God I may need help from you.
He means so very much to me.
I'm sure that you already see.

I hope I'm not bugging you.
I don't know who to turn to.
I know I ask for a lot
But Lord, you're all I've got.
