Wonderfully written piece! I loved this first part, it brought it all together really:

"Heartbreak and lies
Love is a surprise
It watches pain with darkest eyes
And listens to their wretched cries."

Absolutely perfect rhyming! In parts of the poem the flow wasn't that great, but oh well! I can tell you put emotion in it, and I admire that a lot. Thanks for the comment and keep up the awesome work! Take care!
