Aching because of yesterday
Crying because of today
And struggling all because of you
The feeling of betrayal and loss
The pain of a missed mother

How can you be so cruel and unloving
Don't you see
What a horrible picture you paint?
Shades of black and dark reds
A broken heart is all thats there
A broken heart is all i feel

Why must it be this way
Just because i try to make myself better
Doesn't mean you cant try too
I left because i had to
Didn't want to at the time
But soon i realized that it was for the better

What would it take to get you to see
That i am stronger than you think
I may be angry at you

As trust was broken
