The past that haunts me

by angeleyes1988   Apr 30, 2008

The shiny porcelain stares at me
As if it knows something that I do not
Scanning the depths of my soul
Betraying the darkest secrets I hold
Fear seeping through my veins
Haunting memories, never contained
Droplets hit the pool below
Spelling out stories forever untold
Waving throughout in a ripple effect
A curse that seeks me out to infect.
