In the summer of '92

by katie   Apr 30, 2008

My mummy used to be beautiful,
Long black hair and big brown eye's
My mummy used to be happy
But now my mummy cries.

My mummy used to love me
And never was scared of my dad.
My mummy used to smile,
But now she's always sad.

My mummy was murderd,
In the summer of 92.
My daddy doesnt think I know.
But daddy i've always knew.
I knew what you did to mummy,
Beat her and call her names
I knew when you'd do it,
While I was outside playing games.

Daddy how could you do this,
To my mummy and your wife.
You promised her on your wedding day
That she was your life.

Now mummy's gone,
And now your really sad.
And your to blamefor all of this are'nt you dad.

Woah. this was really good. If this is true I'm so sorry. You have a lot of talent as a poet tho. I loved the emotions you poured into this. It's like you opened up your soul and let the words just flow. Way to go. 5/5
