I found an answer today
i ask it all the time
why did they take you away
well now i know the reasons

if you stayed i would let you down
losing you was my punishment
i broke my promise to you
which gives me my second answer

why cant i have you back?
cos i broke my promise
i don't deserve to have you back
now your gone you are safe from me

so Ive found some answers now
took me a while i know
but now i know your gone for good
now i can die leaving this pain behind
