Dread

by Hali Cararnza   May 1, 2008

As darkness calls
All through the night
I watch the blood fall
And it gives me a fright
I see all the faces in my head
And i watch, and watch
With fear and dread
I feel it coming
I can hear it call
So I got to keep running
And try not to fall
My heart is beating
So fast so quick
But I got to keep running
And try not to quit
I hear all the voices
Every single cry
I have so many choices
Ones that'll make me die
I feel all the pain
All the fear all the guilt
They left me standing in the rain
You should have felt what I felt
Now that it's gone
I finally have peace
Or maybe I'm wrong
But that's something I won't believe
