Looking back...
I know when to see
beyond the past
The things you have done
they have left me stunned...

We were there together
separating at times
but never really apart
You needed help
Even though you didn't ask
I wanted the best for you

Now that you're here
I need nothing else
To be in this moment forever
and you too, have cured me
of my loneliness, you bring out
what was hidden all along

You'd think I'd be insane
from all the testing of my limits
but it has instead led to my falling
my falling, ... in love with you
maybe things could have gone smoother
but I wouldn't change a thing

You've made me realize
you've made me see
made me think ...
You bring out the best within me
and to be honest, the best thing
within me, is your love

You have hurt me
You have lied to me
and I have cried
but not because of me
rather because I didn't know
it hurt that much to care

In the end ....
know this ..
I will always love you
I will cherish you for all that you are
I will never think any less
and I will never take you for granted
