The virgin nun, coughing up a yelling storm
Is taking birth control to prove she's true.
But she's still loud and looked with scorn
Seeming unreal, nobody believes she's blue.
So-called good energies spark a brain back on
And it quickly recalls the things that it had done.
Many days of stormy rain come back and then are gone
But everybody else still remembers they had come.
The union strikes in thunderstorms, blind to danger
And the line that leads to the White House grows.
The lighting falls, striking a union stranger
As crying grows loud the mob points up at crows
That circle around and spot any form of manger.
Feeding on soil the worms crawl, fighting each other
While a child watches with a telescope for stars.
He sees fire burning in darkness and then his mother
Who has something to say about his new scars.
I see a burning forest in the distant valley,
What a place to fall and tape a new finale.
I hear everybody's coming there for some rally
And nothing will be the same after the tally.
Somebody scored a point, illegal, it may be
But the rioting fans wont have it differently.
The cops have their billy clubs already teed
To hit whoever it may be who thinks they're free.
And heads will fly through skies unmarked
As virgin eyes will cry and scream,
Very close to places you remarked
Were safe spots to go and dream.
Everything you've heard must be untrue
And the world isn't safe for me or you.
I don't believe in having guns in zoos
So I guess I will be doomed
Unless somebody changes soon.
