Clearly you don't know the aspect of what people go through in life. Maybe before judging people who cut, you should learn their side of the story.

But also, I have to consider that fact that you do only get one chance to live, and you SHOULD live it to the fullest.
This poem has a good theme, I just think you can word it better.
