Dare

by Dying Beautifully   May 5, 2008

Feeling a little pressured,
Life's been kind of weathered.
It was a dare.
It was a kiss.
Yet there was a flare.
A longing for which I wish.
I'm not sure exactly what's happening,
But now my heart and mind are flattening.
I see you and want to hold you tight,
Especially when you look at me with those eyes.
But I resist the urge with all my might,
Until your true feeling flies.
I wait here and speak of this desire,
This internal everlasting fire.

Absolutely amazing. The feeling is pretty horrible. Who is this one about? If anyone at all? ANyways, i hope to talk to you soon. I miss you. Not talking to you feels akin to having the sun remain hidden and night lasting forever. Or a violent torrent of rain which falls and never disspates. Hope to talk to you soon... hopefully my sanity will still be intact when we do.
