SHADES OF BLUE

by Jim McMillen the man within   May 5, 2008

AUG.1991 #66
The sprectrum contains many shades of blue,
So many I have seen!
From the deepest dark to the lightest hue,
Many more lye in between!

A changing color Seldom twice the same,
Ever effected by the light!
like the gentle flicker , of A candle's flame
The darkness begins, to fade to bright1

It is A color with so much feeling,
I have deeply felt its many shades!
Its beauty is no longer concealing,
As its deepest , darkness, fades!

As I journey through the spectrum of life, I now find,
Its color more beautiful, by the light from within!
A concept that reaches , beyond my mind!
To ignore it would be an emotional sin

This was a wonderful write, how you put the color in it's spectrum of emotions and acknowledgment
    wonderfully done with great flow.
