Darkness

It coils around
never letting go
People say stay away from it
People say don't let it hold you
I love it, love the way its hold is so tight
As it seeps more into me
I found my life, my imagination
I can dream of whatever I please
I can be me, I can be free
You can hold out your hand
I wont take it, I can no longer see
I'm safe here in my darkness
The loneliness and despair
filling my mind with joy
Who cares what you think or say
Its my mind so stay away
Just let it absorb me
taking away my pain
It'll kill me one day
