Broken

We all have had our good times
And all have had our bad
But we usually have friends by our side
To calm us when we're mad

I thought you were that person
The one i came to for help
When my life felt torn apart
When all i want to do is yell

But i let my words loose
A mistake on my part
And now i sit here alone
With a cold and broken heart

That could truly understand
