Town

by H E Losey   May 5, 2008

You would have to remember back when we cruised main street and the places like A&W, the Double Dip, Arnold's...Oh well those were the days.

The lights go by
First green then red
A horn, a wave
She nods her head

You wait for her
And as time goes on
The night grows cold
It's magic gone

You search the streets
Then you find
Alas my love
You are not mine

This is neat, I love the topic. Maybe you could be a bit stronger with words, but I still loved it nevertheless. Great work!
