Alone am I

by Brad Quammen   May 6, 2008

Here I sit,alone am I
Never minding time as it flies by
Awake yet not conscious
stuck within the web of my mind,
lost in the thought of your eyes
Experiencing pain nothing can numb,
except when I think of you,I feel none
Your voice is like music,
playing the tune of the soul
you play it well as I listen,
though my soul be dark as coal
A melodic orchestra of symphonic sound like the lows,
flows through my body as the reaper sows
sowing for you my heart anew,
to be yours for the keeping
until my day of weeping
forever more my love

This poem was really good as I said but not as good as your other ones. Its sweet in a dark kind of way. But just know that you are not alone for I shall always be here for you. >:D<:-*
