For the first time in my life
i set that bottle down
i didn't need its happiness
there is no pain left to drown

you walked into my life
and just like that it hit me
i don't need a drink to be happy
there are people out there who do just the same

he took me for granted
and you picked me up off the floor
everything ached
and there were cuts on my leg

but you never judged me
i didn't think twice
i new that this was love at first sight

oh and the memories we have made in such a short period of time
there unbelievable
and the memories we have yet to make will be better then the last

were just two you young kids crazy in love
but eventually we'll be two adults
still madly in love

this night is so beautiful
lets make it the best

or take a rest
