Nice poem, I like it... it flowed beautifully until the last line I think it would sound better if it went like this:
please oh please be the one who cares
enough to find the flaws my heart bares

Really loved it. I thought that it was so touching and deep. The flow was perfect too. Loved it. Couldnt ask for any better. 10/5 . Awesome.
