The sun is starting to set.
Not wanting to leave yet;
I hold onto your hand,
and walk across the sand.

The sun glistening in the sky
as I look deep into your eyes.
Holding you tight so you're close,
for you're the one I love the most.

I smile and kiss your lips
holding onto your hips.
Whispering into your ear
loud enough for you to hear.

"I love you Alan."
I do everything I can.
To show you my love is true.
In everything I say and do.

I miss you every second your away.
I miss you and the things you say.
I wish we could aways stay in touch,
So I wouldn't have to miss you so much.

When we are both apart
you're still in my heart.
I want to keep you here,
so close and so near.

The sun is setting and its getting dark .
The light is scattered like a fire's spark.
Across the darking sky, a burning red.
As I dread the thought of going to bed.

Holding onto you with all my might.
Wanting to stay throughout the night;
So I don't have to say my goodbyes,
And don't have to close my eyes.

I don't want to fall asleep and miss out on you.
I rather stay up all night and watch the view.
See the stars bright in the sky.
The moon shining, up so high.

Lighting up the night so I can see.
The light shining down upon the sea,
and across the the sand where I'll lay.
Watching the stars that are so far away.
