THE FLAMELESS CANDLE OF ENGLAND(PLANTOUN)

by tri tran   May 7, 2008

Cloudy day... unending day,
It lingered here without her.
Hazy sunshine, upon the green lawn,
England mourned for the princess.

It lingered here without her,
Dripping sadness and tears on her tomb.
England mourned for the princess,
Who rested, a flameless candle.

Dripping sadness and tears on her tomb,
The cloudiest day ever sad and lonely.
Who rested, a flameless candle,
Dianna, the darling of her nation.
