Celebrate

It seems like we're being pulled apart,
Like some unknown force,
Is coming in between us,
But it's not unknown,
It's loss and change.

Everybody loses something,
Worth so much,
There is no value.

As you grow in age,
There is always change,
Judgments are clouded,
And mistakes are made.

In this life,
Everybody's looking for something more,
But what's right in front of us,
Is often ignored.

We make plans years ahead,
But who's to say,
I won't be here,
For that.

Things are upsetting,
Angering, Saddening,
and maddening in this life,
You can't let it get you down,
Because things will get better than this.

Celebrate the time you have,
Here on this earth,
Because nothing is set in stone,
And even then it can burst.
