My Hero

by Chelsea   May 8, 2008

My Hero is my mom
Who taught me to laugh
With spirits that shine and glow
And who has the biggest heart
Of everyone I know
My hero is my mom,
Who taught me to,
Never give up on my dreams,
She always encouraged me
So I could always be free
My hero is my mom
Who carries the world on her shoulder
Who holds her head up high
Because it only makes her bolder
My hero is my mom
Because she keeps it real
Never sugar-coats nothing
Never says what you want to hear
My hero is my mom
Because she got game
Never lets a man tell her
Who she can and cannot be
My hero is my mom
Who protects me with her wings
Who tells me to always follow
My first instinct
My hero is my mom
Because she deals with me
Which I love her for even
though it gets real crazy
My hero is my mom
Because she loves me so
And never fails to tell me
Even when she wants to kick me
out that door
My hero is my mom
Because she connects to me
She's my soul
My life
My friend
My Hero

^^ this is a very important quality for a parent! You will learn a lot from her! I think it's so sweet you have your mum as a hero:))
