When your silent & watching
you can see things happening to society
i see the young wishing there older
i see the old wishing to go back
i notice people passing the moment
trying to make it all go as quick as possible
not appreciating the little things of that moment
just wishing upon the next to be more thrilling
people constantly wish for the future to come
and speed by but then when it comes and goes
all they want to do is go back...
people wish by their lives and when we do this
we don't value it as much
life is precious and we should be thankful
for every second of it all
dull, exciting, meaningful, or pointless
it's like their all watching a movie
without watching the pictures or listening to the words
but yet complaining about the whole thing...
if we all take the time to slow down our busy lives
and notice the small things
life wouldn't be as bland as everyone plays it out to be...
