Wait, Teacher

by Indian Comma Bean   May 9, 2008

First hour of the day;
Health class; Joy,
Learning about drugs,
Wait, teacher; Explain why they're bad.

I don't think I've heard this one before.

Time for our drug projects,
"Don't list how they are produced."
She says while sitting in her chair,
"Don't list positives, only negatives."

"Wait, teacher; Tell me what is biased?"

Science comes along;
We learned about water today,
Did a lab about pollution,
"Wait, teacher; Explain why contamination is bad?"

Because I thought I always knew.

Spanish is last;
My teacher asking me if I'm ok again,
Always allowing me to do what others cannot,
Because she understands.

"Wait, teacher; They say I have a problem,
But why can't they understand?"
