The one who makes me smile
when others make me frown
the one who picks me up
when I feel below the ground.

The one who made it better
when my heart was torn in half
the one who turns a tear
into a grateful happy laugh.

The one that I can always count on
when something isn't right
the one I can get in contact with
in the middle of the night.

I thank the lord I found him
each and every single day
and to show him I am grateful
I kneel down at night to pray.

The one that is always there without a doubt,
and will be till the very end...
