You have done an amazing job on this x

A young women dies before her time has come.
A baby dies before she takes her first breathe of life.
A old man looses his wife to the old age that consumes her.
^^ i have had all of those things happen in my life...great way to open a poem in such a relatable manner

The death of those who you care for,
Can never be forgotten or the pain lessened.
But you learn to live with the memories you have,
Of the ones you lose.
^^ very true they only die if you decide to let them go in your hearts

But when your tears keep falling,
and the pain keeps building.
You can't think of what to do,
or what to say.
^^sometimes words just can not suffice

Remember all that you learned from them,
before they left.
And all the love they gave and that you gave to them.
^^ every one makes an impact in someones life : )

Never leave unsaid something that should be said,
Because you never know when you'll lose the ones you love.
^^ ah such a true thing!
