Can you feel her pain

Can you feel her pain
As it wells up inside
Covering up the tears
That she always cries?

Can you feel her pain
As she tries to cry it out?
Can you hear her silent screams
Of pain, neglect and doubt?

Can you feel her pain
As she smiles to make it numb?
Can you hear her heart
Beating like a drum?

Can you feel her pain
As she cuts it away,
Slashing and slicing
At a world that is so grey?

Can you feel her pain
As she bleeds it all away?
Do you know how you made her feel
Because she was your mistake?

Did you ever feel her pain
Or did you just pretend that everything was fine?
Is it ok for you
That your little girl is dying?

    Honey that is a wonderful poem but you know as well as me, that I will be here for you if you ever need me... or if you didn't let me make it clear... and if I haven't told you about my past.... I can relate to your words although I'm not about to tell you that I know how you feel.... Wonderful poem... deep sorrow within your poems words but great poem baby girl...
