Mother .

I can hardly breath
I'm quickly drowning,
I reach out my hand,
although I don't know why,
for I know you wont take,
I know I mean nothing to you,
I scream out for your help,
but you respond in simply pushing me further down,
mother why did you give me life, just to destroy it,
do you love the power,
do you just love standing above my barely breathing body,
do you feel big,
do you feel proud,
as you laugh at my misery.
I see the light returning,
I feel cool air return to my lungs,
but only for a moment, until a rock you tie around my throat
and you drop as you whisper good bye,
sinking further,
falling faster,
I see your leg within reach,
oh, how I long to pull you down with me
Sweet revenge slowly running through
But I can not, will not, do it,
I WILL NOT become like YOU!!!!

You can be a better person than her, hun. i know that..just those last few lines shows it. be proud that you can be better....even if she's not proud. live for YOUR standards.
