Lost before it was made

Relationships can be lost,.......... even before their made

I used to think she was permant, then she began to fade

And I never thought her leaving,.... would be this hard to bare

because I never realized...... just how much I really cared

I put her through so much, doing her wrong in so many ways.....

but she still stood by my side......... like it never gave her a phase

I always wondered...... how long would it last, when was she going to leave

because she deserved the best, ....someone way better than me

But now i regret everything, i just wish i could do it over...

I want to call her and tell her, but she probably wouldn't think i was sober

even though i may not get her back, I'll be ok because i understand

maybe this was how its supposed to go, its all a part of gods plan

But i just got to give it time, because time will heal it all

...........even heal a heart that was broken from such a fall
