Wow, a really great poem! Every line was so heartfelt and had so much feeling in it. I loved your ending stanza:

"I feel as if I've never existed,
Nothing more than a broken dream,
Drifting away from this reality,
As the tears fall so very silently"

Very strong words, which results in a good strong ending. You really made this well and I absolutely love it!
