Running man

by tristan   May 12, 2008

The only person you can rely on is your self.
You keep pushing your self.
As you say one more step time and time again.
Stop and turn.
Think about where you are.
You find your self so far away from home.
As you see it fade into the horizon.
Stand and think what you have.
You have nothing because you ran from everything.
You ran away from her because you were scared.
You were scared of caring.
You were scarred of having something to stop you running.
You are the running man.

I like the idea this poem portrays and I think everyone can relate to it in some way or another.

    Errors:
    Line Ten - "were"
Line Eleven - "were" and scared doesn't need a capital.
    Line Twelve - "were" "scared"

Keep up the good work xox
