I have found myself...

I have found myself,
I was lost in the darkness.
A place full of horrible things,
A place where I was scared.
I have found myself,
Last night I cried out in pain.
I thought no one would hear me,
But I was wrong.
I have found myself,
Friends heard my cry.
They came to save me from my
deepest fears,
They have been there the whole time.
I was blind but now I can see,
That they love me till the end of time.
I have found myself,
A perfect heart and soul I have found in
me.
I have found myself,
A guy who is so gentle and loving.
A guy who can no longer be alone,
I have found myself.
I thought I was alone and lost,
I thought many didn't care.
I was wrong,
I was blind.
I have found myself,
I won my fight with my inner self.

Everyone, I was ready to give it up...I was ready to give up my poetry for something I didn't want. I thought I was alone in this world, Not seeing that people actually care about me. I took a long drive and for the first time in how long, I have cried I cried for who knows how long..But I have found myself. Thank you all for being there.
