These chains

I'm chained to this wall
I'm screaming all the time
but no one seems to hear me

these chains keep tightening around my wrist
i try hard to resist
but the pain pulls me back

i try to break away
but these chains pull me back
back into the darkness
where i shall remain
shackled to these chains
