Letting go of emotions, of trust???

Why is it so hard to let someone see how much you hurt
So closed off
no one notices the things you hide
they're just so caught up in there own lives
they don't notice how you smoothly change the subject
when they pry into your feelings
you want to open up
but some how you never mange to
you've hid your emotions so long
its hard to let them flow through your mouth into someones ear
you've never really had someone care about your feelings
so they've always been closed up
trapped inside your mind
so now its like they don't want to come out
but its partly your fault
cause you don't want people to think you're weak
or to feel sorry for you
so i guess its a great thing you have writing
but sometimes that isn't enough
but your still not sure who you can
