How dare you?

by Julia   May 15, 2008

Shadows that linger.
The touch of a cold pointed finger.
Blood dripping from the walls.
Your words cut like a dagger and killed them all.
Whispers in the wind.
Clammy hands, eyes of black, tears of blood, and you just watch them with a grin.
Your words take them by the neck.
You strangle them until it be their death.
They are bleeding so much, they carve out their own hearts.
So they can get rid of the pain, and watch the bitterness slowly rip them apart.
There screaming shrill screams, yet you refuse to listen.
You don't give the slightest care you just continue to grin.
You don't care that you've demolished them.
For you open your mouth and devour them without a hand to lend.
Their skin pale and lifeless.
As you grab them and transform there joy into sadness.
You tape lies on their tongue.
And to think it was to you they once clung?
So they will sit in the cold corner and sing them self a deathly lullaby.
Why you sit there and watch them as they scream bloody cries.
You are not willing to take the responsibility for your actions.
So you cast your problems on their hearts, it weighs a ton.
You glare at them with poisoning eyes.
And they sit their wondering why.
Why are you so cruel?
What did they do to deserve to be encountered by you?
Scratched up hands and soars on their feet.
They want to fly, but they hide beneath.
Beneath the cold moonlit night.
Hidden in disguise.
Words cut deeper then sticks and stones.
Words will cut them to the bone.
So they'll sing them selfs to sleep.
In hoping that you will keep.
Keep far away from them.
And give them time to rest.
