So long ago and far away
My dreams are all of yesterday
I smell her hair and see her face
Yet denied to me, her warm embrace

Of years gone by and places past
Within my dreams, our love still lasts
Her shape and form, to my eyes appear
Yet when I speak, she does not hear

Do dreams and wishes ere come true?
Can my life be started once more anew?
Time goes by, these feelings last
How I wish, I could relive my past.

    This poem really brings out a smile on my face, it's just nice to know in general no one ever forgets past love. Once you've fallen for someone you would never be able to erase their memory, and thats when you know you've been hit by love. To bad it hurts to loose them, such an unforgettable feeling love is... This poem, although it wasn't long, the message that was inside was strong and touching. =]
