The Garden

by Linda Kennedy   May 16, 2008

The Garden
Felt the morning dew as it made its wishes for the day
To arise and feel awakened by the dawn
To be plentiful for those eyes that look upon it
At last a burst of sunlight
That held the grace of each bloom
This was the dawning of morning
With each raise of light came those to watch
An unfolding truth that the rebirth of a new
Is awaiting each root of the bloom
