Love isn't fair ((little ducttape rings))

by StandStill   May 17, 2008

Oh, Romeo and Juliet,
every romantic ending mocks,
please, dear reader, note my tears,
as on and on they talk

Little pink duct tape ring,
so ironically on this hand,
i love how you noticed it there,
isn't it just grand?

I refuse to give myself pity,
i don't want to cry over you,
i just want you to see these things,
stop seeing me as friends do

And I hate to quote a song,
but let's now give it a try,
"Again I go unnoticed"
you walk away, to her you say goodbye

Every little hearbeat,
forces unneeded electricity in the air,
why does it work out for others,
is it cliche to say love isn't fair?

**the quote is from dashboard confessional- Again I go unnoticed**
