Leukaemia

by Four Letter Lie   May 18, 2008

It sneaks up on you like a dark shadow,
Destroying everything in its path and ruining lives.
Like poison it fills your veins,
Slowly drowning out your own mind.

Growing slowly,
Prowling around the world.
Killing millions,
Yet getting swept under the rug.

Spilling blood and creating tears,
It laughs at your misery.
Its dreary ways disease the world,
Taring apart families and breaking hearts.

It's a criminal free to do as it wills,
With an unquenchable thirst for blood.
Never to be stopped,
Until everyone is gone forever
