Synthetic Tears

by Indian Comma Bean   May 19, 2008

Drip-Drop
Goes synthetic tears
Of loathed fears
In younger years.

Pitter-Patter
goes a beating heart
Torn apart
Right at the start.

Side to Side
Goes paranoid eyes
A gloomy guise
Watching as morality dies.

In faith; Praying in hope.
These drugs; The method to cope.
Insanity; On a downward slope.
The end; Too tie the rope.
