It's your face I see

And as I rest my head and slowly close my eyes
And as the midnight dies

My mind drifts off to sweeter things
The things that only dreams can bring.
It's to these rev'ries I shall cling
Until the day that our roads meet
And feelings are no more discreet
And our love grows all the more sweet.
But until then, I'll live each day
In an honoring and glorifying way
To please the Lord and never sway
And spend each moment deep in prayer
