Lesson learn

My heart started to skip beats,
When I saw my kids running your way,
Oh my goodness this cant be,
I feel like i use to feel about a year ago,
Feelings came back,
My kids felt all happy couldn't you tell,
Our lil girl didn't even know who you were,
And it felt nice to let her know,
You looked so happy,
Just wish we could go back to being a family,
You said you will call,
To talk thing trough,
If you want to came back,
Were more than happy to take you back,
Let it be a lesson learn,
Never leave your family behind,
For a girl who was just an adventure.
