We could have saved her

by Shaded Sunrise   May 21, 2008

Down it drops
useless and hollow
covered in blood
from a cut so shallow

she cries in pain
no one cares
its all the same

Soon here eyes
roll back
all she sees
is walls of black

Now surrounded
by walls of wood
none of us did
what we could

to save this girl
wouldn't have been so hard
Now we bow are heads and pray
and give her are regards
